These Brown Butter Sweet Potato Pie Cookies taste just like sweet potato pie in cookie form! I love adding brown butter to my sweet potato pie, so I had to bring that same rich, nutty flavor to these cookies. They’re soft, full of sweet potato flavor, and have the perfect cookie texture. And I topped them off with a cinnamon cream cheese icing! So good! If y’all want the full recipe, let me know! #foodie #sweetpotatopie #cookies #food #dessert
