Layered cookie cakes are becoming more popular and I’ve learned this easy trick to make them even better! Layering solid cookies and buttercream usually leads to squishy filling and messing cuts when it comes time to serve. I use a solid cookie for the base but pre-cut the top cookie layers for easy serving. Just stack the cookies and cut into wedges. Align the cuts as you’re filling & stacking and you’ll have a perfectly portioned and easy to serve cookie cake! #cookiecake #cookies #chocolatech

Halloween Cookie Cake 🎃 This is soooo good!! Just layer chocolate chip cookie dough onto a spring pan and then top with pumpkin sugar cookies (or any design). Bake a 350 for about 20-25 mins. One cool pipe the frosting onto the edges. #cookiecake #halloweendessert #easyrecipes
